A Letter from the Founder
On Building What Endures
For more than 27 years, I have had the privilege of building businesses, creating opportunities, developing relationships, and participating in the economic outcomes that come from disciplined execution.
My entrepreneurial journey began without outside investment capital. The businesses I built had to earn the right to grow by delivering products and services that customers valued enough to purchase. Growth was funded through operating revenue, disciplined reinvestment, and a commitment to creating genuine value in the marketplace.
Over time, that experience expanded into acquisitions, institutional capital transactions, strategic investments, board leadership, and successful liquidity events.
Yet the principles that guided my earliest decisions have remained constant.
I believe sustainable enterprise value begins with genuine market demand. I believe capital should be deployed with discipline and an understanding of the risks being assumed. And I believe the people behind a business are often as consequential as its financial performance.
Above all, I believe there is no more enduring form of capital than the relationships we establish through integrity, trust, and a commitment to creating equitable value for others.
Montreaux Capital brings together these principles with proprietary investment intelligence and disciplined capital stewardship.
Our objective is to make thoughtful decisions, align ourselves with exceptional people, understand and mitigate risk, and create lasting value through the relationships we build.
Our capital is disciplined, our foundation relational, and our commitment generational.
